I. Am. Speechless.
I think at some point in the near future, we may need to change the title of this thread.Aside from the fact we've established that old debate starter many many times, I've also been slowly valuing quality over the price, so I don't see my subjective reasoning as being incorrect in that sense. I want prettier castings. Simple as that.
And yup, that Cobra's windshield is super large, but this also isn't the first encounter of Kyosho models not being perfect. Every long-standing brand so far has had their fair share of hiccups.
Ack. That blue Countach. @RCKakashi14 what brand was that thing again?
I didn't realize how great the casting looked, not until I was about to box it.Buy why? It don't even got a balanced ride height.
That was probably Cano......I walked into a Walmart over the weekend and saw a guy walking out with one of the M2 VW Buses and got all excited that they actually had them. When I got back to the diecast isle, there were none left.
So much win there...... So much. 👍
Kyosho 1:64 - Ferrari 512 TR
I like most Tomicas you post!Damn, the more I look at Kyosho. The more it gave me reasons to stop buying Hotwheels and lesser Tomicas!
I like Maisto's 1/24 and 1/18 scale cars.
I wasn't gonna say nothin'. You never know when Harry may come around! When's the last time any of us splooged about a 1:64 Maisto?
That's the only reason I'm here. To see nice pics of nice cars. Inspiration that set course for my collection(before I quit). Not that it's bad to like the cheapo Maistos.. we (myself included) have just been on a trend of grabbing nicer castings and sharing it. I'm sure that has had some level of influence on us.
Love you, but you are talking crazy right now.About that 512 TR, I'm really glad I picked that blue one over the red.
- Red for a Ferrari is too mainstream. Not my cup of tea.
- And the blue is the best color to go for in most Kyosho Ferrari 1:64 castings.
How much?By the way, I am trying to acquire extra Gathering Tacomas and Chargers. Anyone interested if I can?
How much?
You already got enough Chargers, don't you?!
Who me!? Yes on yellow. You already got enough Chargers, don't you?!
Also, yellow Ferraris. No blue.
For $40 range, I'd be up for the Charger. If at all possible. 👍Not as expensive as what we are seeing on ebay, but not cheap either. Tacoma might be really tough, especially the white hood vari. Blue hood I am guessing about $100 to $125. Charger would be in the $40 range. All these were allotted to attendees so it is a matter of how much it would take for those that don't want to keep them to give them up. The Tacoma was really well received, so I doubt many will make it to the secondary market.
& that C̶a̶r̶r̶o̶t̶ Jarrot?
Evil trio, indeed......
Meanwhile I don't even really have one.Seriously lost count of the number names I go by in this thread now.
Meanwhile I don't even really have one.
Now that I said this someone's probably going to give me one.
I guess I'll be... uh... um... I'm lost. I don't know what to use for myself.Sorry Johnny, I'd give you one but I'm not nearly creative enough to come up with anything that's vaguely amusing. I'm sure someone will though. And the new spoiler tags are slick. 👍

Damn, the more I look at Kyosho. The more it gave me reasons to stop buying Hotwheels and lesser Tomicas!
I think for some, most of what has been posted lately is reason to stop buying hot wheels. If you can afford it that is. Not everyone is rich like the Tomica trio in here.

Sadly, 100% Hot Wheels get toooo little attention from here.
