1000 ticket - what did you get?

Having been less than impressed with some of the choices of previous 100/1000 Tickets I must admit to using the Save Restore method the other day when I got one. First attempt was a BMW 120d which I was almost tempted to keep (!) as the Engine Overhaul is not all I expected it to be (I did post about my findings). Second offering was equally uninspired. The final (can't remember if it was the third or fourth) was the Audi R8 LMP race car (the one in the Collector's Dealership at the time) which though it is a prize (in an Endurance so not too keen to kill the PS3) I decided to keep.

I thought of doing that RIGHT AFTER I hit the button to accept the prize car. :(

Not that I'm unhappy with the car, but it could have been something really rubbish, and I hate not thinking of stuff like that ahead of time...
 
Lurker, first time poster.

Got a Minolta on 4th try which is good given I don't have the time to watch the game play itself while Bob tries to win me one. First try was some Subary Legacy, second a Rally Supra and third I can't remember which Nascar.
 
How often are you supposed to get these tickets?

I've had 2 so far but they were quite early on, not sure when I got the second one but it must have been somewhere between 2,000-3,000 miles. I'm now at 8,015 miles though and I haven't had another one?

I don't believe it.

The minute I come in here and question why I haven't had a third one despite being over 8,000 miles, what do I get? My third level 1,000 ticket.......

EDIT - After about half a dozen reloads which gave me crap like the 350Z, MX-5, an old Toyota Roadster. I got the Audi R10 👍

My current belief based on everything I've read is that you will be awarded a 1000 ticket every time you personally drive (b-spec does not count) 100 races AND 2000km. I'm aware the (english) message when you're awarded the ticket states "OR" but I believe that it's a mistake. It does not have to be done with the same car, and it does not have to be done on a single track. People have received multiple tickets.

Your profile stats include b-spec so you cannot rely on them to determine if you are due to a 1000 ticket or not.
 
What luck. I received mine a while back after purchasing a Corvette ZR1 and race modding it. After I finished the American Championship, got my ticket. Lo and behold.... a Corvette ZR1. Son of a.... :grumpy:
 
has anyone figured out how this ticket works?
Since it is the 3rd I get, and still can't see a pattern here.

I'm with 45,451.0 km (28,247.98 Miles) and wins 463
