The Lvl 21 ticket is won win you finish all the races in the Extreme Series. I can trade you later tonight when I get back from the racetrack watching the Bud Shootout @ Daytona.

5th: Caldina GT-Four '02
6th: Charger R/T '70
7th: S2000 Type V (EU) '00

Some say it has an effect to the 1000 Ticket car from the last car you bought, but I don't believe that, right before I purchesed the Charger I bought a R92CP Race Car '92 and right before the S2000 a MB 190E EVO Touring Car....
