Every time I have mentioned the need for more cars/content in GT Sport, I am gently reminded that the game was just released October 17. This is an excellent point. In other words, if 140+ cars and 17+ tracks can't keep us entertained for 29 days, we have much bigger problems. Seriously. More content is coming, and I think we need to learn how to enjoy what we have. Also, I think a lot of people are playing GT Sport for many hours every single day... they have obsessively wrung this thing out for all it's worth, already. Maybe find other hobbies? LOL
You are right. Its like one month since the game was released. So why people would moan about the car/track list?its not logical,I agree.
The problem here is not that people are not patient or they dont undestand that at some point PD will add some cars and some tracks.
The problem was/is that car/track list to begin with:the game was not released (that my opinion and I think many others agree with that) with a really good list in -both- terms of quality/quantily.Especially you need consider the fact that GT player base were used to -at least- a much "bigger" list.
I dont mind the "quantity" part personally but I do care about the quality of that list.
Too many fiction cars/tracks,older models that are not that "old" (Ferrari is a good example:2 cars in 4 categories),iconic (or) popular tracks that are not in the game (Le Man/Spa/Watkins Glen just examples) makes the car/track list a minus from day one.
People were talking about that even before the game came out (if its a good list or not).
So its not about people being "impatient",they were not "excited"/"thrilled" in the first place. And thats why with every "typical" server maintenace they'll expect (or ask) for car/tracks to be added.
Maybe find other hobbies?
If something like this starts to happen and people (in one way or another) start to find other hobbies (games or other) then you'll find that in the next 1/2 months the game lobbies are gonna be empty and the game would actually be a failure since its all about online.
An "e-sport" or online title needs people to be active every day. When the active players base drops a lot then its dead.
