14bit hall sensor handbrake on ps4 ????

Has anyone successfully used a handbrake specifically made for use on pc with ps4 or xbox such as the one in this link??

I know it states in description that it works only on pc etc.

I thought maybe someone had one working on ps4 or xbox via usb or even connected to the drive hub.
