1970 ticket AND/OR a Level 23 ticket

I have won a level 3 ticket in the seasonals.
Does anyone have a 1970 ticket?

Also after a level 23 ticket - i can buy any dealership/OCD car and use any DLC paint before sending (for the level 23)

It's the same as you sending something in return to me for the trade. Instead of a car or whatever you send back the ticket. lol
