One question, is the #17 BMW V12 listed to differ both drivers from each other, or is there actually one in-game? Cuz I couldn't find it...
I noticed that in the game there is not a livery Bentley Speed 8 with number #8 only one number 7# (already assigned)....
also for the BMW V12 LMR '99 there is only number #15 (not #17 that you already assigned)
Pescarolo Courage C60 Peugeot '03 has, on the other hand, 2 numbers liveries #17 and #18

so which LMP900 car is free for sure for me?
also we are going to use medium racing tyres for qualy and hards for race?

The number is to differ drivers only. There is no #8, #17, #25, #43, #53, & #63 in the game.
As for the C60 Courage, that tends to be an unpopular car, so I gave the other spot to the BMW V12 LMR.

For LMP900: Medium tires will be used for the race
For every other class: Hard tires will be used for the race
The poll on the top of the page is to see if you guys want to use a higher grip tire for qualifying or not. I personally don't want to, but I figured I'd throw it out there. There will be two more polls to follow through Google docs.

The LMPs that will be available for use is anything but the Speed 8 and V12 LMR. I'll come in contact with jon later today to see what car he wants to drive.

i would like to sign up for this. the psn cbcvabch the car i would like to use is tvr tuscan speed 6
Nice. Send me a friend request and I'll have a room up today regarding this race. I'll just need to know what number your car will be, #91 or #92?

Yay, 6 participants... if everyone shows up, that's just about meeting my expectations.
Hope to find GTS drivers soon though.

What cars are still available to use in the LMP category? I'm interested for sure but want to know what cars still have seats open.

Audi R8 '01 #1 (LMP900)
Audi R8 '01 #2 (LMP900)
Toyota TS020 #3 (LMGTP)
Courage C60 #18 (LMP900)
Pescarolo C60 Judd Team #1 & #2 (LMP675)

Whichever is the red one. I'm sorry I'm not at home to turn on the ps3.
That would be the #1 Audi Sport Team Joest R8. I'll write that down.

I'm only allowing two more drivers into the LMP classes at maximum. I would like to start getting GT drivers.

As most of you guys know, my test race is tonight. Hope to see you all there!
This will mainly be an LMP900/LMGTP test as a majority of the drivers are from that class, but the equality of the M3 and TVR will also be well tested.

Room is open! All that follow will receive a free biscuit!!!

Now, this race will be treated like the real thing except for qualifying... which we will not be doing.
Make sure your ABS is 1 or less and TCS is 1 or less if you're in GTS. Otherwise. Aids prohibited.
Pace speed will be 125kph/77mph.

Unfortunately I am going to have to drop out from any future races. Among other reasons I will not discuss... I haven't practiced enough in LMP cars on GT6 and the experience I had in the Audi wasn't much fun and I have no desire to drive the car any further. I wish you luck with your race and I'll try and send a few drivers your way :)

That was a bad race...
V12 LMR will probably need a lowering in power (either that or time lag propelled me into the 3'30s, which I cannot get with any other car)
Still need GTS and GT drivers for testing.

I've also noticed a lot of mistakes... dunno if the high HP/high weight is hard to control for wheels or if no one is used to the 2005 Sarthe track, but if there's a significant issue with car control... might turn the LMP weight to 950kg with lower horsepower if that's what we need. I want to have fun with this, not see someone win and everyone crash behind me.

I thought I was going to be really slow, judging from my lap times. Wasn't really the case, I just spun a lot. So I'm keeping the V12. And yes, I'm not very used to the 2005 Dunlop Chicane. The tiniest bit of grass is enough to send me off. Apart from that, only need to get the corners right, and learn how to take them fast with no downforce.

Will not be able to do a test race this weekend... I'm doing college visits during this time.
Next time I'll be able to do one is next Saturday. Everyone ok with this?

I'd like to know the time for this race (I always miss these in the OP ). Also, can you tell me in GMT.
