2 Player Battle with Drift/Race Mode Selection

I am sure this is already known by now, but I thought I would post for postings sake. Pls don't flame me stating the obvious, not everyone knows the info below:

In Arcade mode after you select your transmission, you can select between Race/Drift mode, right before you start.

In Two Player mode, it doesn't show this option. However, I found that it is possible to bring up those two options.

First have one person pick their car and transmission setting so they are ready to race, then have them press the Triangle to go back a step, then it will show race/drift option. If the player waits at that screen the 2nd player can then choose car and then transmission, then press the triangle to go back and select the drift/race mode.

I just found this out on my own a couple weeks ago...

yup, u can use ure garage or use your friends, or u can just use both. select the cars that are drift spec. already

Um you can't chose a drift setting with garage cars. I'n 2 player mode you can still choose the drift setting normarly with all the Arcade cars. Doing what you said with garage cars does not really change the settings of your car, it's just a bug.
