Chelsea FC vs. Sydney came pretty close to breaking the attendance record for the Sydney Olympic Park stadium - the match fell just three hundred people short of breaking the record 83,833 set at last year's NRL Grand Final (and considering that was one of the greatest stories of Australian sporting history, that's not bad for an exhibition match - it comfortably smashes the attendance figures for the likes of the Big Blue, F3 Derby, Original Rivalry and Sydney Derby A-League fixtures).
