Any word on you guys making a Scottish pro team yet? I know you had 2 drivers and just looking for a 3rd

Still working on it, two drivers are still solid but the closer it gets the less chance i'll have for putting things in place.
The mrs works at silly times and there's 3 kids to get shuffled about to babysitters.
If i cant get a 3rd driver before the 10th of feb i think we've had it. :(

Its not all bad though. I will follow the action as closely as i can and be better prepared for the N24 next year. :D

Since you have been planning on joining for a while i think a special allowance will be granted, that rule is only for teams to come out of the blue and try and confirm but you have been there pretty much since day one of the new thread

Some people might be willing to travel some to get there if you can arrange with them to help with the back of beyond end part of the journey, have you asked about amongst the drivers here and maybe the WEC? 💡

Why don't the two 'solid' drivers you have run in VLN R3 this weekend which at least gets over the 'must compete in a VLN Round' requirement. We can try and find a 'remote guest driver' for you this weekend so you can have a presence in all three Race Lounges, and then continue to look for a local to join you on 22nd Feb

Depending on the car they choose I would be willing to run a third car for them.

As last 'Am Team' to pick the car would be the Audi R8 LMS Oreca but if you go Pro then you can also add to that any of the cars currently picked by Am Teams.

I would just be running the VLN race this weekend depending on the car they choose and if they want me to.

Well after managing to get through a race on Racing hards in the wet, I'm pretty much ready for this then

Didn't realize the final VLN was this weekend, holy crap. Good to know then, I can prepare for it.

Room opening:
Rooms will be opened at 21:00 GMT, All drivers need to have the host added to their friends list (it is not the host responsibility to add drivers)

Spec Check:
Spec Check will happen at 21:30 GMT and should last about 5 mins. Please be silent for this so that the host can get through it faster.

Qulifuying:
Will be 20 mins, The track will be changed and then changed back to remove all times. Once the track has loaded then qualifying has started. The time will be shown in the top right corner, after the clock hits 20 mins then qualifying will be over. There will be a 5 min break for any drivers to get drinks, go to the toilet etc. The host will announce this when the 5 mins will end.

Scoring:
This is a team event, therefore the teams time will be added together and the team with the smallest number wins and will receive the top points. AM teams and Pro teams will be scored in different categories as this is qualifying for the N24.

1st - 10
2nd - 8
3rd - 6
4th - 5
5th - 4
6th - 3
7th - 2
8th - 1

Time progression:

This is the second instalment of the VLN series and it will take place in the mid day. Time will be set to 1 so that you get a good idea how the real race will work.

Coms/Text:
Please do not use headsets or the text box in qualifying of the race. Its distracting and not very considerate. If you do it you will be asked to leave the series.

Lapping cars:
New rules for Round 2 onwards are, you must over take a car on the left, lapped car stay right, if the car is not on the right then it is not safe to over take (by faster cars judgment). Failure to do so may mean a blue flags penalty.

Race Reports:
It is critical that you send a race/incident report to the lobby host, it is inconsiderate of drivers if they do not send one as the hosts will spend a good few hours going through the footage.

I think this is a typo. It's Round 3 and start time should be around midnight I believe.
