Production model caught fully exposed

Gotta say, I really like it.

The kink does look a little odd on a coupe. I think my main point of contention with the design is the soft take on the Bangle Butt with the trunk. It makes the rear look a lot taller and narrower. Maybe that won't be as pronounced in person?

Not feeling that J30 revisited rear end. Plus, the Jag/AM rear window into the ducktail spoiler, doesn't look right. I'm just going off these pics. They're not the best.

Im really wonding how this car will impact Nissan , this seems to be the new V37 as how it should be or in old lingo G37 or 38 idk but will it be identified as Skyline and badged as so in Japan.

As a Skyline fan im worried abit because it feels like Nissan is loosing touch with the Skyline name and what it should be.

They managed to make it appear lower than the concept which is a good thing.

It's far too generic. Lexus front end in MB CLS profile.. And rear end looks like it shrank in wash.

Is this one of the first Infinitis that are supposed to use more of that Mercedes-sourced powertrain stuff? Or are we going to be on the Nth iteration of the VQ again?

This twin turbo V6 is an in-house Nissan creation not based on the VQ.

It's rather unfortunate to hear of a coupe leaving the market, but not unexpected. I'm sure it wouldn't have helped sales, but I kind of wish there was a convertible version on offer, especially with the Z roadster killed off. Despite being fairly underwhelmed by the Q50/Q60, they are good looking cars, but very much dated.
