What inconsistency? It has nothing to do with him being Mexican, he ran into three people in the last half hour and IMSA decided to tell him that was enough.

Commentators were talking about Legge getting punted off by a Penalty-Free Prototype..

...also Mexican :D :D :D

Looks like if it's gonna rain, It'll be in the final half hour.
Edit: Well nevermind I guess...

Also Montoya is Colombian.

What do you guys think, do we get a fabricated caution on the last hour to bunch up the field and raise the "excitement"

A little late to start that now isn't it?

You must be looking for the NASCAR thread.

Seriously though, we've had a incredibly low amount of cautions so why is this now a concern?

This always makes me laugh, it's why I dropped in the suggestion. Going back a fair few years I used to administer a JPM fan forum, going from trolling Red shirted Schumacher fans that used to refer to JPM as a Mexican in F1, to trolling Red necked NASCAR fans that referred to him as a Mexican in Nascar... haters gon' hate... but it became an in joke for us to refer to Juan as a Mexican.

I just noticed I haven't seen a single Aston Martin Vantage...

New Record for most distance covered in the Rolex 24.

new distance record already?! Blimey...

Mind you it very much has been "an old style" endurance race, in that everyone has been chugging along nicely, like a sprint race if you will. Good to see really.

That's because AMR has never been here after 2014 and TRG (for the first time in what, 22 years?) isn't here.

Right, TRG, the ones with the cool livery. Are they still competing this year though?

Dropping the PC challenge protos really helped to raise the quality of the racing.

Oh absolutely, one of the best decisions made for this year, PC wasn't needed anymore. The growth of DPi and strong GT field are ideal and are sure to provide fantastic racing without the PC cars being in the way now.

Nope (at least the last time I checked).

#37 with a right rear flat tire.

#37 with a puncture it'd seem, rear right I think.

Edit: Tree'd

A bit over half an hour to go and the streams are starting get laggy and freezing again. :indiff::mad:

I hope that this race doesn't set the tone for tire punctures this season. But if it does, Goodbye Conti, we won't miss you.

Oh the irony.

Gotta give props to the #54 for stepping up to Prototype and in position for a podium. Something good actually resulted from PC.

The speed the #5 is running, a win is possible!

#31 back on the lead lap!
