Wouldn't Road America suit to Formula One? This track never disappoints in Indycar.
I love the track myself, too.

No, because the track would have to be modified to such an extent that it wouldn't really be Road America anymore. Also, it's in rural Wisconsin and F1 is probably too high-falootin' to go there and be around farmers and such.Wouldn't Road America suit to Formula One? This track never disappoints in Indycar.
This is the problem with F1 racing at many existing tracks in the US outside of Indianapolis. No, because the track would have to be modified to such an extent that it wouldn't really be Road America anymore.
Wonderful old-style track, the least it needs is hosting an F1 borefest party. No, because the track would have to be modified to such an extent that it wouldn't really be Road America anymore. EDIT: 1,400th post sweet christmas!
Penske may be cursed in that they have been robbed of three likely wins this season, but Roger is blessed by his management of the series and the Speedway. The man has given far more than he has taken.Man, Penske is cursed this season. Gotta feel for those guys.
It would be nice to see, I think he's done a lot to improve his reputation during his time in IndyCar.Ferrucci with RLL again for Mid-Ohio. Hopefully they pick him up full time for 2022.
Santino Ferrucci Returns to Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing to Drive the No. 45 Hy-Vee INDYCAR in the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio
BROWNSBURG, Ind. (June 28, 2021) – Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL) announced today that Santino Ferrucci will return to the team to compete in the No. 45 Hy-Vee entry at the Honda Indy 200 atrahal.com
That was a fun little battle to watch, shame how it ended. Guaranteed both Dixon and Power had huge grins under their helmets right to that spin. That could have been so much worse, Will Power is lucky.
Curious about how both Helio and Jack the Baker are going to do next year now. Also wonder what Takuma will end up doing, thinking he probably ends up with a limited schedule (500 plus a couple of races) at RLL and goes sportscar driving?Castroneves will return to full-time status next year with Shank in the #06 car and while the #60 will be sticking around Harvey won't be behind the wheel as he is rumored to be taking Sato's ride.
The article mentions the ability to hire a driver. That’s the best part.Juncos is returning to the INDYCAR series full time next year. Hopefully the fact they now have an investor helps them have a better run than last time.

Think the last lace IndyCar ran the cars were getting air was Baltimore? That was a rough one, too. I note they still have rescue boats in the river.Back at the old Nurburgring the F1 cars could be seen with all 4 wheels well off the ground at places around the circuit. Now at Music City we will see the same rare phenomena at the bridge across the river. Measures have been taken to prevent flying cars from going into the river.

That's the safe bet.Bold prediction for the race today. The leaders don’t make it across the bridge on lap 1 before someone hits a wall.
Almost had it. 4 stalls bringing out the yellow before the leaders finish crossing the bridge.Bold prediction for the race today. The leaders don’t make it across the bridge on lap 1 before someone hits a wall.
