It´s called RACING. Deal with it.

There's racing and there's idiocy. You don't gamble with other peoples lives that way and you don't waste their effort with such low methods. Wanna win? Do it the honourable way. Heroes are warriors, not backstabbers. My two cents.

Guys, a 'Vette crashed :(

No, that wasn't racing. Like the Eurosport commentators said, if they were on the same lap then there would be comments of "good blocking there!". Gene is FOUR laps behind. It's just like having Massa a lap down in F1 blocking Vettel so that Alonso can catch up. That ISN'T the spirit of racing and if you think it is, then you need to learn what the meaning of "spirit of racing" actually is.

The Pugs pulling stunts like this just makes me thing Audi deserves to win even more!

My blood pressure's climbing through the roof now, damn...

yes it is because it´s Peugeot vs Audi and there is no rule to let leaders past.

You know...the basis of sport is "Let the best man win", not "Let the most treacherous win". There're are excuses for poor performance, but no excuses for poor sportsmanship.

Are you stupid or just loose in the head? That is not racing, its dirty and dangerous tactics that could end up with a third ruined R18 and Marc Gene losing his career.

He wasn´t blocking, he was defending his position. It´s also part of racing.

Yup, you've just proved you're a jackass. He was blocking, you've gotta be the most one eyed Peugeot fan ever to think that is defending his position (4 bloody laps down!) and think its part of racing. Hang your head in shame, you've embarrassed yourself badly with your comments and given yourself a bad rep, I'd rather not race you online, I don't like driving into guard rails 'because its part of racing'.

You might want to find a replay, he definitely blocked. Regardless of rules it's poor sportsmanship and desperate.

Doesn´t matter, it was a Peugeot. They are racing against Audi wether it´s the 3rd car or the runner up.

Meh, they're not going to get good rep by doing so, that's for sure. Bottom line is, Gene wasn't being a good sport with that.

It would be completely devestating if you broke down a few minutes before the 24 hours is up!

Something like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IS5dmhGYqBA&feature=related? I know it's not 24h, I'm just reliving the old good times of F1. Although I love the Ferrari's, I have much respect for the drivers of the rival team. Only if the Mclarens weren't plagued with unreliability. I love Mika btw, Mika-Shumi rivalry was one of the best.

I really need to watch F1 again, after the 2001 I stopped watching.

How was he defending his position?? The #7 car was being 🤬 lapped AGAIN!! He's miles behind 3rd, miles infront of 5th so your argument is about as strong as a house of cards.

No, you race against your direct competition. The #2 cars direct competition is the #9 Peugeot in 2nd place, not the #7 which is now 5 laps down. Keep digging that hole though. 👍

Lotterer just fueled. GO ANDRE GO!!!

It´s racing, there is no honor in racing.

I won't further argue with someone who has such a twisted and ignorant vision of an otherwise noble sport. There's honour in every action that pursues perfection.

Let's leave it here and not bother the mods with our little games boys.

I disagree, the Pug was traffic, there is no rule to just let someone past, not even in GT class. And Pug is racing Audi no matter what car it is.

It´s racing.
