Then you can use a 908, Minolta, 787B or pretty much any Group C/LMP car that is tuned to ensure a win while not winning by too much.

I haven't yet competed in a-spec 24h Le Mans, but I can tell you that pretty much any LMP car can win this race on b-spec, hey I even managed to win this in a Mazda Furai Concept, without coaching! 
(although the lights were really rubbish). The thing which makes it easier is that the AI starts to pit every lap for about the last 6-8 hours, adding about 20+ mins to the lap time. I've estimated that any car you can get an average of a 3.55 lap from can win this race. 👍
On the chance that you may actually be talking about a-spec, I recommend an LMP car, as you really do need decent headlights. The AI runs Racing Hard tyres, so adding racing softs will give you an advantage. Assumping that they don't do the same as the AI in b-spec, the R8 is the fastest opponent, so one of those, a Minolta (win Like the Wind a-spec), the 787B Mazda or the 908 FAP should be fine, especially if you added all available tuning parts.
