With limited prize money early in the game I decided to test out the GT3s and the HSV-010 from the courtesy cars on the Suzuka Circuit in arcade time trial mode to see which one has the most potential.
EDITS: added Z4 GT3, F1 GTR, R8 LMS '10, R8 LMS '09, premium GT500 cars, FXX, Zonda LM, Zonda R, F1 GTR '97.

I use a Fanatec Porsche 911 GT2 wheel with ClubSport Pedals V1 and I've golded all license tests in both GT5 and GT6.
All driver aids were off except ABS on 1 and tyres used were RH.
These are my initial impressions of each car after 3 laps with the best time achieved and a score on drivability out of 10.
I had not driven any of these cars in GT6 prior to the test (with exception to the Audi R8 LMS ultra, I've been using the anniversary edition for the S-class races).
Cars are ordered from slowest to fastest.

My thoughts after this little test:
  • Although I haven't tested the Z4 GT3, F1 GTR, etc my pick out of the above GT3 cars would be the BMW M3 GT for its low PP and base performance.
  • My pick for the GT500 cars is a tougher choice but would be the Honda HSV-010 for overall handling and slightly lower PP.
  • Also what is going on with the PP?
