Yes to almost all, decals can also be found under Discover and in Decals, but maybe not the ones in the milage exchange, the cars , weels and paint can only be bought in Milage Exchange and you earn milage points when racing and when you achieve achievements which you can follow in My Menu and Achievements .I just got GT Sport for Christmas so can someone explain this Mileage exchange thing? Is this the only place we can get these colors, wheels, decals, and are the cars in the exchange on available in the exchange?
Doesn't the Jaguar have storm grey?Original colours for these cars:
- Giallo Modena – 500 Mi - Ferrari 458 Italia, Enzo Ferrari and Ferrari LaFerrari
- Storm Grey – 500 Mi - McLaren 650 S Coupe
No, the jaguar F-Type R Coupe have Stratus Gray .Doesn't the Jaguar have storm grey?

I don't know about what car have that colour, but i vaguely remember seeing that colour when i was looking for the car that are using Storm Gray.Or how about Space Gray?!
The really want to keep the Alfa Gr.3 Road Car until last it seems. Okay, 2 more weeks..
I have come to understand that the Peugeot RCZ and Alfa Romeo 4C road cars were available shortly after GT Sport release... late October I guess? I did not get these cars at that time because my copy of the game arrived a few weeks after release. So I think some people have had these cars from early on.
They've shown up as AI cars since release but they haven't been purchasable by the player. The 4C will probably be available in the next Mileage Exchange rollover. I've had GTS since release and the 4C hasn't shown up yet. The Mileage Exchange cars change every two weeks while everything else changes weekly. I already have everything from this week except for a few wheels. So far we've had every homologation special except the 4C show up in Mileage Exchange. Given that the 4C will probably be the next one.I have come to understand that the Peugeot RCZ and Alfa Romeo 4C road cars were available shortly after GT Sport release... late October I guess? Here are some photos I took during a campaign (offline) race on November 15 -- I saved the replay and snapped shots of them because I'd never seen them before:

Does anyone have pics of said wheel? Silently hoping it was the "silhouette" version...

Or how about Space Gray?!
