$18M is such a low number. There are quite a few individuals out there with personal car collections for whom that could have been a private park. Jay Leno comes to mind.

I'd buy it just for me, but I think I'd get a bit of Cartmanland syndrome. Let two fans in to pay the concession. Two more to pay for the security, Two more to pay for maintenance etc. Pretty soon I'd have a full blown race schedule and my time regulated to Wednesday and Sunday nights after 8pm not to extend past 11pm. I think I'll forget it.

Since I'm like 30 minutes from there and drive a Volvo, my hope is soon.
