4wd drifting

how many of you guys think that 4wd drifting is easier than FR, MR, and FF drifting.



because ive tried to drift with ff's and its just really hard with sim tires



ive also tried fr and mr and their easier than ff's but its still kinda hard
i think i need better settings or something i need help

not really, but i do prefer my r34 for high speed drifts

it's harder to start the drift, easier to maintain it.....As for FF's...They don't drift, so stop trying to drift in it, practice ass dragging in it and you should be fine.

AWD drift is much easier, once you get the right angle on the drift you just have to control the throttle till you want to come out of it.
Oh, and FF is not drifting it is ass dragin'.
FF (ass dragin') is hard, but still not drifting in my book.

Control the throttle? AWD? Hahah, good one. AWD drifting is easy, just put a brick on the right pedal and go from there (and go you will). Rally-style baby!

4WD's are nice cause there's nothing to them. Just mash the throttle. If your good you don't even have to countersteer. The car slides itself through the turn. In my opinion, they also drift faster, so if you're gonna drift during a race, do it in a 4WD.

once you get good with RWD which uses alot of throttle and brake control, Youll should be able to catch onto 4WD and MR faster then if you just started to drift with MR or 4WD, I have to agre Pergatory though, Once you break tracton keep the pedal to the floor, cause most 4WDs' will hook back up to the ground faster then you could possibly imagine, unless you got a decent sey-up ...

i'd say Skylines are easy to drift since they are 4wd and The wrx and evo are hard becasue they are AWD...

I don't think the game differentiate's between 4WD and AWD since they're all are listed as 4WD.

S4 with full mods and super-soft tire is the easiest car to drift. That is the car I learned how to drift on. FR, MR, takes a lot more practice. I have mad respect for those guys who post video doing 360's into drifts flawlessly. Those guys are sick man. I've been trying to do that for the last 2 weeks and still am no closer to figuring out how to do it than when I started.

But I usually only drift FR and MR unless I'm bored.

Anyway, yes 4wd is easier, but i think that every drifter should use it as a stepping stone in their path to becoming the next "drift king" (lol, like anyone could steal that title)

It's a good movie, but don't use the movie as facts about import racing/import cars/etc. It's only for entertainment only.

There are members here with Keiichi Tsuchiya and Drift King or AE86 King or Master Drifter already. Just to note.

I learned to drift on sims with the awd cars. I find easier to control my drift in a awd.
