This has been happening since the thread began. And they are 'random facts', they're always going to be somewhat pointless. I don't see a need for this thread to be locked.

The point is, let some others introduce more "random facts". Thus isn't the mundane trivial nonsense thread, which this is turning into.

If you want to talk about a particular subject, start a thread about it.

If there is one thing I don't like is peanuts and chocolate together. Love them both but not with each other.

Why does everyone love to tune to drop C or Drop D? What's wrong with standard tuning? You can get better music, nicer on the ear and more cheerful.

Because, teh metalz sounds better.

Random fact of the day: I won't be leaving my house today and I may not even bother to get dressed.

Random fact of the day: Despite my love of very feminine woman I find Michelle Rodriguez amazingly sexy.

I believe you're wrong. :sly: Maiden doesn't sound so good when drop tuned I hear.

Well my band play Thrash Metal/Heavy Metal so Drop C sounds awesome when playing metal riffs. :D

My latest random fact/embarrassing confession: I get mysterious scratches on my arm and legs randomly. I blamed the cat at first. I realized its actually from me. I still bite my nails (I don't even realized I'm doing it) but I leave a sharp edges and then later on I get an itch and naturally scratch, and get scratches with the sharp edges.

Its a bad habit that I can't seem to stop doing.

Pick the wax out of your ears with your fingers. When you bite your nails they'll taste horrible and you won't chew them. Worked for my class mate years ago.

I love tuning in Standard and Drop D. Yummy. I love that deep heavy chugging sound when I plam mute.

Random fact of the day: I have read the Art of War by Sun Tze more than 200 times. I keep it by my bed and read a chapter or so a night before sleep. It helps with my anxiety problems.

Strange, I also have seen The Lion King hundreds of time. My sister and I would watch it every day after school.

I agree for the most part, but sometimes I like to drop my tuning by half a step.

Once a year? I do that on a monthly basis! Cheese is the best!

Board + knife + multiple cheeses + French bread / crackers = Heavenly meal. :)

I think once a month would tip my cholesterol over humanely possible limits lol

Random fact of the day: I striped of half naked in work today. If you know what I do for a living you'll know that's a bit of a strange thing to do. :)

I thought someone would ask that

No, it's more like a "fun marriage" nothing official nor serious. I just "married" my first girlfriend. I have another girlfriend now and she has another boyfriend, but we still share a good and healthy friendship and we keep joking about that.
Even though I think, that in most countries (don't know how this is in India), marriage at such a young age is wrong.
