this makes me so mad i left a little late for work and spent money parking for this familys publicity stunt.im sure the police will send them a nice little bill for this though seeing as they new it was fake and wasted police resources on it.

Well the thing about it is he said it right after the parents asked "Did you hear us calling 'Falcon!, Falcon!'?", when he (the boy) replied "Yes" they asked him "Then why didn't you come out when we called?"

The response being "because you said we did it for a show" then the father refusing to acknowledge the comment afterwords leads me to believe it was a hoax.

After all, a weather balloon isn't something I'd go to a show to watch, I'm not sure about People in Colorado but I have a feeling they wouldn't either.

Wouldn't surprise me, several of the possible charges are dealing with the children(mainly child endangerment, exploitation of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor).


On another note, today the lawyer made an appearance on Today, he spent the whole interview trying to change the subject and blaming the sheriff for arresting the parents in front of the kids(which he hasn't done yet).
