This is a comparo of the 1969 ford GT40 racecar and the the 2002 ford GT racecar. I wanted to see what was better; new or old. I put the car on 4 "main" tracks to test all of the abilitys that each car had. The tracks are High speed ring, Trial moutian, Monaco and Infieon sports car course. All of the test were done in B-spec on "fast"(4). My driver has pretty good stats (93/92/89). Both of the cars are bone stock and are on R3's with the stock settings for everything, not even an oil change. Enough of the blabering-here are the times:

* In the forth turn I came off the track quite a bit, so, I turned it down to 3 and he was fine.
As time progress, I will be adding more to this, as it is an ongoing investigation. More tracks and top speed. 0-60-0 things of the nature
My conclusion SO FAR is that the 02 model is fatser. Maybe because it has over 100 more horsepower but there was that one case on Infineo SCC were it got beat by about 5 seconds.
