After playing GT7 for a while and seeing what would fit in with the current cars to create competitive racing classes. I think the following cars would complement the current car list and would finish my custom race grids nicely:

2016 Super GT
We have all of the GT500 cars and most of the GT300 cars. But the Toyota Prius GT300 is missing, and the Team Mach Toyota 86 GT300 would be nice too.

2008 Super GT
We already have the full grid of GT500 cars. Most of the GT300 cars can be made from their street models that are already in GT7, but a few additions could round out the list. I'm fine if PD adds only the street-going versions of these as long as they can be modified with wide-bodies and aero kits to make them close enough to the GT300s.

I suddenly had a realisation: we're missing the greatest car type of them all. Along with this would come the return of themed updates.

5 new cars:
  • Audi RS2 Avant '95
  • Audi RS6 Avant '08
  • Mitsubishi Legnum VR-4 Type V '98
  • Nissan Stagea 260RS Autech Version '98
  • Volvo 850 R '97

New Bonus Menu Book: Wild Wagons/Extreme Estates
  • Trial Mountain Reverse (4 laps)
  • Deep Forest (5 laps)
  • High Speed Ring Reverse (6 laps)

Why would you throw that hideous SUV in with other proper sport wagons, when Mitsubishi has it's own: the Legnum VR-4:

legnumvr4-700x416.jpg

It was even in earlier GT's: https://gran-turismo.fandom.com/wiki/Mitsubishi_LEGNUM_VR-4_Type_V_'98

Lime Rock Park seems like a nice easy course - Americas' Tsukuba/Mini circuit!
Barber Motorsport Park highly admired by iRacing gamers they find it really fun, said it has a lot of turns that are very different than anything they've come across.

Sebring, Villenerve, Hockenhiem, Road America, Silverstone, Indy, Monaco
- I expect these highly revered circuits to be added/back by end of this decade.

Brooklands? Was this the one with high bank that the Grand Tour went to?
Didn’t watched the Grand Tour, but could be, it has a high bank. It was the first racing track ever if I remember correctly, but got used for building planes in WWI and is partly destroyed by now unfortunately.

Toyota GR Supra GT300 '21-22 (?)

Would be a great addition to already existing Subaru BRZ GT300 in a game, plus it would feel more akin towards Super GT series in Japan as well as in my opinion car just looks very awesome. And I would keep wondering how PD the only one racing game studio that has proper resources can implement such racing series to fullest in their GT title, maybe someday...maybe someday.

What’s really cool about the GT300 Supras, they use V8 engines. They’d sound mega, compared to the current Gr.3 Supra.

Oh, I'll throw out the usual randomness, not biased toward Ford at all. Nope, not me!
5.0 Coyote and 5.2 Voodoo engine swaps into the Raptor. They would make the steering more responsive due to the electric power steering unit.
Let's throw in the Ranchero, the Ranger EV with NiMH batteries available as a roulette upgrade, a 1995 Expedition for rally events, stock with a 4.0 Cologne V6 but swappable to a Windsor 302, also how about a Tremor, and Adrenalin, and a '13 F-150 STX 4x4?

Tracks? Red Dirt Raceway, a dirt oval track nearby, or maybe a run through Oklahoma City.

Just some ideas. I won't die if they never make it into the game, I'll just whine about it on the internet.

Tracks:
Apricot Hill*
Ascari
Autumn Ring Full and Mini layouts*
Goodwood Hillclimb
Grand Valley East and Speedway layouts*
LeMans 80's layout
Madrid*
Midfield Raceway*
Monte Carlo
Monza(No chicane and oval) this would be 10km of high speed hell.
New York*
Pikes Peak Dirt
Pikes Peak Tarmac
Rome Day*
Rome Night*
Sebring
Sierra*
Silverstone
Special Stage Route 5 Clubman and Full layouts*
Special Stage Route 11 GT1 & GT3 layouts*
Toyko R246*
Twin Ring Motegi

* Fictional Tracks.
I heard PD wants to "Focus" on real tracks, if that was the case, why give us the fake ones like maggiore or dragon peak.
PD will have models of these tracks and even if they're not viable.
Having a known layout and making a track from it is easier than making a new one from scratch.

I mainly focused on tracks as with a new track comes new races, a thing GT7 is currently lacking in.

I really want to see Sierra come back, that mega track was damn sweet in GT6.

Here are a few selections of Gr.2 cars (some real, some fictional) that I’d like to see in GT7, with descriptions of each group. The idea is to flesh out Group 2 in a similar way to what PD has done with Gr1, Gr.3 and Gr.4

Class One (Original) - Fictional racing cars based on DTM’s and Super GT’s ‘Class One’ regulations:
Alfa Romeo Giulia C1 Gr.2
Chevrolet Camaro C1 Gr.2
Ford Mustang C1 Gr.2
Opel Insignia C1 Gr.2
Volkswagen Passat C1 Gr.2
Classic GT1 (Original) - Gr.2 racing cars inspired by the 1990s FIA GT1 machines:
Jaguar XJ220 Gr.2 GT
TVR Cerbera Speed 12 Gr.2 GT
Modern GT1 (Original) - Modern-day take of racing hypercars inspired by the 1990s FIA GT1 cars:
Apollo Intensa Emozione Gr.2
Aston Martin Vulcan Gr.2
Ferrari FXX K Gr.2
Ford GT Mk IV 2023 Gr.2
Lamborghini Veneno Gr.2
McLaren P1 GTR Gr.2
Pagani Zonda R Gr.2
Porsche 918 Gr.2
1990s FIA GT1 - Due to licensing, these could be replaced with fictional Gr.2 variants:
Lotus Elise GT-1 ‘98
Porsche 911 GT1-98 LM ‘98
DTM Class One - Due to licensing, these could be replaced with “Super Touring Car” or fictional Gr.2 variants:
Aston Martin Vantage DTM ‘19
Audi RS5 DTM ‘19
BMW M4 DTM ‘19
Mercedes-AMG C 63 DTM ‘18
Super GT GT500 - Due to licensing, these could be replaced with “Super Touring Car” or fictional Gr.2 variants:
Honda NSX Type-S GT500 ‘21
Honda NSX-GT GT500 ‘20
Lexus LC 500 GT500 ‘19
Nissan GT-R NISMO GT500 ‘20
Nissan Z GT500 ‘22
Toyota GR Supra GT500 ‘20

  • (Insert London or Rome circuit here, we need more urban tracks)
