Has anyone played this?

It's had really poor reviews and is a pretty basic game but I quite enjoy it. Think of it as a mix between DayZ and Minecraft. I've been having fun building a base and gathering resources, all the while blowing zombies heads off!

I've been playing on a private server hosted locally but I can open it up to other people if anyone wants to go exploring together.

I played it on the PS4. It was really bad. Aside from the features carried from the PC version and having the ability to play split screen, the graphics is one thing I really won't forgive them. The graphics look like a pre 2000 PS2 game plus it's like the devs didn't even looked at it. I know it's still beta status but come on, couldn't they just wait until they have finally optimized the graphics for console versions?

Bump.

It finally left Alpha stage and is now a sort of complete game. Ish.

I definitely enjoyed it playing on the ps4 and recently bought it for the pc. It runs on Linux, but the 1050ti doesn't like it unless I play on medium (30-45fps) or low(50-60fps) but then it definitely looks like a 15 - 20 year old game, at least the world does.

But I like the game so eh. I'm building a new pc soon to bump the graphics to high or ultra settings. The old one has served me for close to a decade now.

So, I've revamped the gaming rig to Windows 10 as I wasn't paying attention when spending money on Steam.

It runs on 40-50fps medium settings, a bit tweaked, with the i5-7600k and 1050ti.
I've upgraded the 1050ti to a 4060 and now it runs 60fps on ultra. No dips, hiccups or whatever.

It's 1080p btw, haven't checked 1440 yet. New tv, not used to having those settings available to me.
