Ok, I'm perfectly aware of the fact that I'm not a very good driver, or tuner... not the worst, but far from the best.
Still, today this difference in performance really shocked me, usually to get this far behind I really have to drive incredibly bad, spin or crash a couple of times... but this was a good lap (7:13 for the EVO IV at 700pp with Race Medium tires) without major incidents, and that Huaracan was lapping me at less 35 seconds (not just with this EVO, but also other 700pp cars of mine, and he did basically the same to other players who joined the room afterwards).

So... I'm really curious... this guy obviously drives a LOT better than me (and probably he's on a wheel setup, I'm a controller user, no aids/assists except for ABS), but... is that the only explanation to this performance gap? I mean... it looks like he's going a lot faster, much more acceleration and speed, not just the corners... everything!
Could that really be 700pp? Or maybe my EVO is not really 700pp and is actually much less than that?
