You really should not be doing this. You know that right? You do realize that because of the "rubberbanding", by you pulling over, you're effecting everyone else on the track? You will be causing the rest of the racers at the front to have GARBAGE handling? This is just as bad as those "drifting" in online events.

It would be different if we had private rooms, then everyone would be on board. But, we don't. You are imposing your will upon others.

If I were racing and saw people doing this sort of thing race after race, I'd be reporting PSN ID's to Sony without even thinking twice.

The only concern you show for "the others" is "when the race starts pull over to side of track (try to avoid hitting other drivers)". After that you have no concern what so ever that you are ruining their gaming experience. Which is probably dangerously close to violating your EULA.

People have been reported for abuse for continuously cheating.

Don't use the actions of idiots to justify YOUR actions.

To be honest I forgot about the RBE when setting this up, sorry man.

i'm not selfish at all so I think i will put this on hold until either the rubber band effect is removed or privite rooms come.

There are times where you guys might actually get into a room "alone". When you see that you are, then you can do whatever you want. You can drag race all you want, you can "wind back the clock". Which is driving the opposite direction to put laps on the lap counter. 10 laps in reverse + the 5 original = 15 total laps (plus the reverse raced laps of course).

I really don't know why more people on this board are not using the communication system that's in place. With the amount of members we have here, it baffles my mind. Communication while racing is critical.

at davethestalker. So your saying alot of other events that have taken place aswell should not have run. For example 500PP we ran on 750PP a few months back. The slower cars will have caused RBE then but people didnt complain. And as RBE has been turned down now and doesnt affect the front cars as much. Should people that pull to the side in a race be reported as well.....

I think this event should still run and I will be running it tonight if people want to join me. This isnt disrespectful, its making use of events we have to enjoy online racing. If they havent complete online rooms, we will create events to prelong the life of prologue for us.

Dont race if you dont want to but it sounds like wednesday race was fun and Ill be joining tonight. Anyone else?
