#8 Toyota had the fast lap of the race 3:18.604

#1 Porsche broke down on the track due to a loss in oil pressure. An LMP2 is leading the race and the #2 Porsche is hunting him down, currently being 1:26 minutes behind the #38 LMP2 in P2.
Wow, I don't think I would have predicted that.

With the time differences from the last two laps it'll take 5 more laps from here for the Porsche to catch the #38, so about 17-20 minutes...

Long way back for that Ferrari. That's a new thing this year, Ferrari being the victim.

Edit. Amazon. Please send me a new laptop to replace coffee damaged laptop. Invoice goes to @GOTMAXPOWER

You could also just throw rocks at the #2 till it breaks.
Just saying.
Amazing short term but long term getting kicked out and probably arrested doesn't sound good. Also would it be a good victory for the LMP2 if they won due to fan interference?

As much as I'm rooting for the #38 to score a shock, memorable win overall, I will still take my hat off to the #2 (as much as it hurts me to do so), as in all fairness, they're doing a stellar comeback, after their earlier hybrid issues.
The upset would be nice, but the come back is pretty epic, I don't think anyone saw that coming.

Great the #2 Porsche will win...both them and Toyota had problems...porsche did a better job after that and drove an amazing catchup race...

they deserve to win this!

The lmp2 car driven now by the Dutch man is not taking any risk and will try to bring the car home 1st in their class....if between now and the finish the #2 car will stop its a bonus...nothing more!

So i ams cheering the #2 on !!!

:bowdown::cheers:

Spy.

#2 takes the overall lead. This last hour will still be terrifying given the issues the P1 cars have been having.
