Not illegal as it is not geoblocked. If it's available of course.

I suspect people upstairs want more money in their pockets.
oh probably....but I thought that’s why I used a thing called a credit card to send them money so I could watch the race on their stupid app.

What the hell is the point of the app if 1/4 of the planet is going be geoblocked?? When they did their stupid fan survey to ask uninformed joe-blows how to fix their busted ass series, one of the main results of said survey was that people want an app to be able to live stream races because a lot of us simply don’t pay for cable....so they put out an app, sell it to people...and then inform the customers only AFTER they’ve payed money that, oh ya, you can’t use the app anyways. But thanks for the cash.

Any good sim is a good place to try it, it's just that I only have GTS. ;)
GTS is a good game, but not really a good sim. Look at Gr. C top speeds which are just totally off.

You won't get official power numbers. But you can try to adjust it by using a low downforce setting and use top speeds from the broadcast. Remember though that power is a curve, not a scalar quantity so this might not be super accurate.
In standard tune, the GTS Gr. 3 911 has problems with understeering in fast turns which is absolutely deadly for a good laptime in Le Mans. So you need to get rid of that with a good setup.

Good luck!

I signed up for the PS Vue 5 day free trial and I have Velocity channel now.

Hindy said something yesterday during quali about RLM streaming via Facebook so might check that out too.

Went to the race for the first time last year and I can die in peace now. :dopey: Hell, the museum alone was worth the trip!

I'm just now catching wind of the PGA US Open and FIFA going on this weekend. So glad that FOX isn't handling Le Mans now. So glad.

I have had a similar experience, they treat fans with utter contempt, they accused me of lying and refused to refund me. I will never pay for the official streaming, poor quality, unstable and drops out frequently on big races....as many will find out today !

Are the support races on the WEC/LM app too? W

No. The Aston Martin race was on Radio Le Mans YouTube channel. The GT3 Vantage that won looks hideous.:yuck:

That's why I've got the WEC site on the big screen via HDMI out from my laptop and the Eurosport player waiting to be clicked into action on my laptop. If needed it would be £6.99 for one month with 7 days free trial (I've taken advantage of that before so I doubt they'd let me do it again) and the Eurosport player app is on my PS4-Pro so I'm good to go.

I haven't been paying as close attention as normal due to work so I'm just now joining in. Is Velocity channel really broadcasting the entire race? I see it on the guide.

For those of us in EU there's also Eurosport 1, which is going to be following the full 24 hours of the race live as they have done for years now.

And perhaps the best option: Eurosport 1 video, Radio LeMans audio. Sorted 👍:gtpflag:

Just a pet peeve, and not a big deal, but the start time in the article is listed as EST (Eastern Standard Time) when we are in daylight savings time in the United States. As a result, it should be noted as EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).

Only 35 minutes to start.

I would not be surprised if Toyota still doesn't win it. Sure do not hope it for them and especially the nr 8 car, but still.

Edit: No problems in the Netherlands to see it. Eurosport and RTL7 have it completely covered.

I hope they take it with Alonso, I love seeing someone going for the triple crown.
