Yeah, that board really kills it. -_-;; I wish i'd had more time to edit it, but the past few days have just been..blegh.

The black 'spraying' on the guy's chest and around the boots ruins the pic the most imo. It looks pretty solid aside from that.

Yes i'm aware that the black area is shading LM, it's just in my humble opinion i think it should be solid, not 'sprayed'.

I agree. It needs some sign that he is carving instead of floating.

He's not snowboarding, he's sitting down!!! Look at the shadows, how is he 'floating'??. If he isn't sitting down then he's carving a huge trench with his arse that close to the ground.

I didn't go for a solid shadow, BTW, because that looked too similar to everyone else's stuff. This isn't exactly a vector, anyway. I used the polugonal lasso rather than the pen tool, and i did it in Photoshop. Feels more controlled and less cluttered, IMO.
