89 300zx

Any experienced suspension tuner please give me some advice......i have a 89 300zx thats all over the track. it handles very sluggish and unpredictable. any suggestions?


Specs. front rate 11/ rear rate 8.5

ride height 100

shock bound and rebound front and rear 7
camber 2/1
roll bar 4/4

Try decreasing the front dampers and increasing the rear spring rates ... Maybe increase the stabilizers a little more ...

My advice is to take the default suspension settings and make a small adjustment to ONE setting, test it, and see if it improves ... If it doesn't, set it back to default and try another setting (or try the opposite ... i.e. if you tried increasing front spring rates and it made it worse, try softening them) ... If it helps, try another small adjustment to that same setting and test it again ...
