90s LeMans W.C./ Season 1 complete!

That was definitely a screwed up race. KRD isn't welcome to participate any longer here. Nor in GT-OPEN. The reason he was fast could be because he was using the #91 Viper and not the #51. The 91 will be allowed next season, but not this season.

We had a good turn out today even though there were people who didn't show up. As for the guy who won, I'm excluding his results because he went out and changed his settings after the race before I could check to see if he was running legally. Also, in GTS class Peppe will be excluded because he ran HARD tires, they aren't allowed in this series. So shin you do end up with the win. Sin 2nd, and I 3rd. I hope the last two rounds in Japan can bring in a good # of people like this race. And hopefully we can carry that momentum over to season two. Official results will be up later.

It's crap like this that keeps me away. I am sorry that I didn't respond to your messages on PSN Seth. I missed them. I was away from my ps3 eating supper with my family. I will see if I can show up next week, but if there is any more race restarts then I will just leave. I simply am tired of restarting races. I know that I haven't showed up in a while, but when I did were restarting races every week. Hope this series gets better going into season 2.
 
It doesn't help when we get people that run into other's like Krd was doing to some of us lastnight. He drove through us in the first turn at the begining of the race so he could be 1st. He was purposely trying to keep me from catching back up to the other cars after I spun taking a corner to wide. He was taking advantage of the corners to get away from me by taking them outside the the track. I catch him and pass him only to have him hit me in the next corner. All the while everyone else is getting farther away. Real fun for me right cnd. The reason for the restart. U weren't even there to see the reason for the restart. Krd was being a total *** and it wasn't cool at all.

I can't stand people who want to cheat by not runing the required specs for the cars too.

Is KRD even on GTP? If he isn't then why is he even racing to begin with?
 
This isn't a GTP sanctioned race, it's just hosted here. I can't bar people who don't belong to GTP from racing because I don't call this a GTP sanctioned race. He is on here btw. We restarted because people dropped out because of KRD, also because Aughablo had connection issues. It's in the first post, if someone disconnects and were still within the first 10 laps we will allow that person to rejoin and restart the race with the amount of laps left as long as they start at the rear. There's only two races left until we take a little break for season 2. The specs will be changed to allow better tire wear and closer racing. The success ballast system is slightly redone and the season will switch up with the European race taking place first and Asian races taking place second while the American rounds go last.

There's spots open with the CLK and EVERY GTS car. So pick any car on the list from the first page and run it. Just make sure you sign up the correct way.
 
I'll run some laps there , i enjoy that track esp the reverse good fun , looking forward to it and testing the dodge out good car. whenever i get the FR ill accept as soon as sent thanks for allowing me to join you all again
 
Yeah, ballast will be added from Fuji. Options will be mediums. So just like Fuji, minimum 12 laps of them.
 
I'm taking you off the list of starters and putting you in reserves since you're not able to make the races.
 
Race should be on for tonight still. Being that it's labor day lots of you guys shouldn't have work hindering your attendance.
 
regrettably i won't be racing in this series anymore. Seth, I'm looking forward to starting new season with you guys. So i can start fresh and feel apart of the tourny :P.

As long as it's still mondays at 8pm EST. ^^
 
Sorry to hear that. I wish you would continue with us. We got rid of the guy causing problems. It'd give you practice for next season!

Fresh I feel bad about not showing up. Especially because you put a lot of work into setting this kind of thing up. Hope you're not getting discouraged. Whats your next plant for monday night racing? and will you post the link here 'cause I wanna race!
 
After Suzuka, the season ends. But I'm setting up season 2 to run on the same day and time. It won't take affect immediately after this season ends, I'll give it a few weeks to garner some interest.
 
Quick question. Why was fastest lap at Tokyo not applicable? I'm just curious. I don't care who gets the points for it, or if there is no points at all.
