Nah, NASCAR throws debris cautions when there is no debris. Could you image an hour of caution laps at a Cup race! The track would be littered with bottles and cans!!!

Went to sleep with Safety Car wake up with Safety Car, patentially waited for a restart, 40 seconds later another Safety Car. Brilliant.

It'll probably come and go while under safety car... And because it will be raining all repairs on armco's will be halted, because workers don't want to get wet (being manly men they wouldn't want to get water on themselves ).

I smell a conspiracy between FIA, Forza, Lotus, and guard rail manufacturer. Lotus spinning out when the SC is deployed and crash onto a guard rail right under a security cam while a shot of it will clearly see the Forza banner? OMG! I have cracked it!
