A condition called "GT5 Knee!"

I walk a good 3 miles everyday of the year and go to the gym 4 times a week. Eat lots of potassium so leg and foot cramps isn't an issue for me. lol

Although I used to get leg cramps during races on GT5 with my G27 but no longer have that issue.

I just wanted to point out that you shouldn't hurt your meniscus from sitting and playing a game. It is more commonly injured with your foot planted and a twisting of the knee. A pre-existing meniscus injury could definitely get irritated by using a wheel though. Patellofemoral pain syndrome is probably your cause though, probably need to work on flexibility though.

I used to get hamstring tendinitis before I bought my stand. It was pretty sad when I would tell people why my leg hurt.

Stig, I think you need to harden up with all those injuries, not us. How did you manage to pull all that off?

Never happened to me, then again, I don't sit in the same position for prolonged duration and am smart enough to take break, stretch, stand up a bit to break up rigor.

This. I never sat in my Obutto for longer than an hour at a time.

Luckily I haven't experienced any of this but I have experienced "lfs-foot" which was a really bad bruise on the outside of my right foot from incorrect heel-and-toe. It was excrusiatingly painful but still I wanted to play because I was enjoying it so much. :D

ouch that dont sound good. take it easy dude!!

DS3 player here. my left thumb hurts a bit now and again but i guess its just my body saying HAVE A REST!!!

same here using DS3. left thumb joint started producing click sound after 2 hrs of "micro" movements

Haha, I got that from driving the Targa Florio in GPL. I'd not had my G25 for long, and it took a while to figure out how to heel & toe painlessly! I'd get about halfway around the lap (20 mins) and have to soldier on just the same. :D

Full FFB is fun but will shorten the lifespan of your wheel significantly. My G25 barely managed 2 years with full FFB in GT and rFactor.

ohh... 💡 :D

yeah thats right... ill reduce the FFB

btw..

the difference from FFB 1-10 is for me no difference whats a bit strange

tried to use FFB1 at vettel challenge... but really no difference to FFB 10

so i thought "who cares?" :)
