A Le Mans Or Grand Am Series Start

I am thinking of starting a series using only professional league and endurance league races. The series will be 15 races or less or more depending on what you want to do.

Input welcome. If anyone could help me get this thing on the road I'd give them special thnx in the credits.

Alright these are the rules. BTW this is gt3.
-we'll run 15 races.
-you have 10 trillion dollars to spend
-here are the classes
-GT1
-GT2
-T1
-T2
-ST1
-ST2
Here are the rules for each classes.

-GT1 700BHP 700 kg
-GT2 650BHP 800 kg
-T1 500BHP 1000 kg
-T2 450BHP 1200 kg
-ST1 1500BHP 540 kg
-ST2 1000BHP 680 kg

The first race will be endurance league 150 mile race. times will be due when this gets atleast ten people.

How could the ten trillion be exhausted? I cannot see the point of the spending limit with how the series is currently set up. Unless that is a joke and you are saying spend what you want.
