I'll leave my original OP below, but the only thing I need to complete my standard car collection, is a lvl 19 ticket, so if anyone could offer one, I'd be glad to exchange anything I have with you for it.

Well I finally decided to find out how many cars I have, I entered them all in 1-by-1 into mygranturismo.net and found I'm only missing 79 cars, having 1030 already, which isn't bad. I do have about 8-10 DLC cars though.
Weirdly, 37 are DLC, 19 are Premium and 9 Standard, 2 I can't trade ("Ford GT LM Race Car" and "Mazda RX-8 Concept LM Race Car") EDIT: So I'm ignoring the 22 tradeable premiums atm since I can just save up and buy them
So the remaining 7 I would hope to trade for are;
