Its a sweet combo for sure and very easy to stay clean as you said Erik its the last A.R.C race after 5 comps spanning roughly 3 - 4 years ... I hope it goes down well and maybe someday down the road with GT5 ... who knows?
Definitely the last with GT4 though 👍

For some strange reason I really like racing at Motegi. I'm always very slow here though, and I definitely don't think it's an easy track.
But I usually improve a great deal the weeks we're racing here, so maybe that's the reason.

Had a quick few laps at default 260 gears against my tester ghost that chose this combo beat my ghost very quickly and then Kel took over as she likes Motegi also

best save so far has ..

30.0xx / 55.4xx / 1'17.2xx

I can see lots to make on this if I can brake early enough and take most of the bends in 3rd gear 👍

And it seems that you can lose or gain time in every bend of the track.

I hit my best splits on this earlier today still on 270 autoset

29.7 / 54.9 / 1'16.6 and was beat by my ghost by less than a tenth due to a very sloppy chicane before the line

I'll beat my lap if it kills me

First few honest attemps yeilded a 1.19.5xx t3, I think I'll get into low 1.18.xxx but don't know If I can brake into 1.17.xxx doubt it.

I'm too lazy to fix the pedals of my DFP. I just picked up my retired DS2 again

Splits: 29.703 / 54.851 / 1'16.810

Seen 29.5 and messed up my 3rd and final section. I'm on 250 top speed. Will try 270 as well, but I have a good feeling about 250.

We're very close, Ron and Ramon! It almost feels like a GT3 comp, running against you 2 👍

New splits, 30.243/55.950/1.18.296, doesn't seem like much but t2 put me on a l.17.xxx then I biffed the hairpin . More important a shaved .5 at the line.

I'm gonna hit that 1.17 some how.

tried and tried but just can't get used to the abrupt steering of this baby that is in its prod version a great looker with the builtout back wheel covers.

33.492 - 1.00.596 - 1.23.755

had one lap with a .5 faster L but it appeared dirty in the final chicane.

think i'm gonna leave it at this.

I decided to give this a quick go, nothing special with my sector times but i am enjoying running this event. I am finding it hard to stay consistant over the full lap though...

T3 - 1:18.3XX after about 15 laps.

Aiming for mid 17's next run 👍
