I am just kinda curious... what is your favorite brand of shoes. Over the years mine has changed. Plus the company I used to love, has gone into a direction I don't agree with.

What brand would that be and what did they do?

I wear non-label black brogues, and Cat boots. And that's it. VERY occasionally I wear a pair of trainer/deck shoe hybrids that are also Cats.

I cant belive I am the only one so far to vote for Doc Martens! Man I have 2 pair! I also voted for nike. Gotta love those Shox. BOING!

Nike has gone crazy, too much plastic!! I loved Nikes too, I have a Nike plate on the front of my truck, it fits me perfect... but man there shoes, whats up.

I still like their clothes.

New Ballance
Saucony
Road Runner
Kangaroo (Da`roos!)
Brooks
Asics

You pretty much left the running shoe catagory off the list. No no, it's ok, I'm only mildly affended ... (:

I just bought a pare of New Ballance running shoes, and a pair of Adidas cross trainers. In Jr High and High School when I was running twice a day, I went though Asics, Nike, Adidas, and a breif stint with New Ballance. Nike and Adidas have been my favorite because they have such a wide shoe. But these New Ballance I just bought are REALLY nice. They fit like a pair of 6 month old running shoes, but I just pulled them out of the box.

Shoes- I usually only wear Adidas, but I have a pair or two made by Dr. Marten and New Ballance. I used to wear Nike when I was like 7, but that was before I was allowed to choose what I wore...

Boots- I only wear Timberlands, Dr. Marten's, Polo Sport, and GBX's...

I agree with GBX's and Dr. Martens but not Timberland. Timberland just isn't the right style for me. Most are hiking looking boots which I dont like.

I'll wear Timberlands, but I wouldn't choose a pair of 'em over Doc's...:D

M first pair of Timberlands looked like some really light tan colored "gangsta" boots...when I got home from buying them, I decided I didn't really like them so I took them back, and got a different pair. The second pair looked like a pair of military/hiking boots. I wore the second pair like 5 times, and they've been sitting in my closet ever since...:D

Like I said. All Timberlands just dont look or feel right on me. I stick with GBX and the Docs. Most reliable. My docs were $149 and my others were only $109. I have never seen a pair for under $100 Josh. Have you?

Not that I can recall... I've never even seen a pair for $109... I was at the mall the other day, and the cheapest pair I saw(keep in mind I didn't look at every single pair) was $139. Back in the day I saw some in the $2-300 range...

I have a healthy paying job, and that is way too much money for my blood. I love skechers... real nice shoes, comfortable, and in the 30.00-to 60.00 dollar range. Just bought two new pair this weekend.

I try to never pay more then 70.00 for shoes. Thats where Nike is disappointing me as well. Everything is 100.00 bucks. Forget that.

Hey Josh I was more suprsed than you to see some for that cheap. I have some nice black ones and some nice brown ones. I saw some in the $200's the other day but man they were ugly! Im sticking with $175 and down. :)

They are not hiking. The boots are for thugs.

I've got three pairs of Dr. Martens (including sandals), and I wear Nike's for the rest of the time. :)

I used to wear Nike cross trainers but now I'm getting into running I went and bought a pair of Asics - so much more stable than the Nike air shoes (especially with my wonky right knee).

Other than that - a hacked up old pair of boat shoes I can't remember the brand of.

I thought Lugz were for thugs...

Anyways, some Timberlands resemble hiking boots, and some resemble thug boots.

Maybe I missed it in the list, but Airwalks seem to be a pretty stable sneeker for my feet! :D
