Fairly easy in 450pp Ka on Comfort Soft, but was well under geared for the straight. Luckily, it topped out just before the line - enough to keep the Imprezzas at bay for the run-in.

I do think the constant tyre smoke must have confused and disorientated the opposition though - I suffered a lack of traction on the exit, but it was an SH tune.

Race it with my Evora comfort soft tires on 6th gear all the way. (treat it as all gears unfunction except gear 6) Got rammed behind on the straight with my slowup top speed. Very funny and excited on this 'Special Event'.

After seeing some Samba Bus on this thread, I've join it... he he he. But those rabbits still crazy fast if they had challenger ! The Kubelwagen still can win by blocking the rabbit...

This was so much fun I did it a couple times. It would be an excellent practice for GT6 beginners because to stay ahead of the NSX you really have to pick a good line, practice drafting, and carefully block going down the straight into the first turn.

Inspired by the Samba Bus I had to try an old beauty: the Karman Ghia. FTW!
At one point, I managed to get a good prolonged "push" from the rabbit... instead of just a block... 116 mph!

Fastest lap for me so far is in the Elise 111R, 1:58.xxx. The S2000 has a potential to beat it. This is with just a touch of tuning. I'm just having fun with the neglected 400pp cars in my garage. I'm just putting on SH's and slapping on a mod or two.

Haven't run the '66 Beetle yet. I took out the dreaded GSX/R for this at 400 PP and made a very quick race. I know it was over kill I just wanted to get the race over with quick. Next race will be with the Bug. The reason I did it was because I didn't have much time to play today and needed that little extra credits to get back to 50 mil.

Inspired by your suggestion this morning, I ran the Bug for the win too, using Devil's Playground tune found at https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/thre...del-chevy-chevelle.295123/page-2#post-9210124. With my driving style, it would spin like a top at a couple corners so I adjusted the LSD acceleration up a couple notches and that seemed to help.
