Used a stock FT- 86. This was by far the easiest expert seasonal i have done so far.

Agreed. Easy win with the Maserati Gran Turismo on this one at whatever PP it had after an oil change; first try I hadn't fitted it with a LSD so had zero traction and it was still easily fast enough. I've since fitted a flat floor, just because it looked cool - didn't realise that added a bunch of PP, so I'll probably take some weight out and power it up to be a weapon for the next 550PP event... :mischievous:

The stock Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione '08 got the job done for me. The back end likes to slide out which may be a problem to some but it made the event a little more enjoyable for me. I'm so glad the reward car is premium. It's too nice not to be if you ask me. :D

Tried with comfort mediums, only managed 3rd but just a great car for sliding.

Yes and that is how you go "fast if you can control the sliding by
counter steering.
". I only raced mid engine and rear drive race cars so it is just a matter of practice. With this car 3rd is great for sure:cheers:

Shelby GT350R. Clean race. Cockpit race on replay view. Fast lap 1:33.198. Pass for the win on lap 5 over the Chevrolet Corvette after the start/finish line at turn 3. Winning margin 00.989.

Try your recommendations... My white hair +10%. , Lol

@steve nfs
Use all sides of the corners when you get to them. I did a lot of passing on the outside of the car that I was passing so as to not hit them as when you go on the inside for the pass they get in your way and it will slow you down. If you start to slide counter it with the steering wheel or the the gas and brakes at the same time it's called trail braking. Yes use the whole track as long as you have two wheels on the inside of the line on track in the SCCA or any other you are fine. Any kind of sliding is bad as you are not moving forward. Good buddy if you have anything else that I can help you with please let me know for sure.

Help me with a better setting from this car. I just couldn't win it with this regulation; (No driving assist & ABS 0 ,CM tires)

@steve nfs My original suggestion was comfort softs, which I know is possible to win with.. barely. Comfort mediums would be almost impossible to win I think. Looks like you need to work on your setup and be a little more aggressive in the bends. Otherwise your driving is v good, and smooth, keep it up

I don't have enough chest hairs for comfort hard tires on that car lol

Nah, me neither. The other Cobra is fun too. Stock with just a bit of power limiter it's more powerful and heavier than the Shelby, and even more of a handful. I've done it with CS but no way on CM.

Don't forget me, too..

I reckon trying this on a DS3 with no abs makes your chest the hairiest by far.

Which MX-5/Miata/Roadster (with whose setting) doing Best-est Lap Time in this AE86 Playground? Probably some Crazy Alien doing 240 Estate in here too.

@steve nfs Give me a few days to test and I will have a tune for you. Also @hotsaucer gave you so great advise too.

@steve nfs I tested every combo of settings including "settings from other cars similar to the 427" and I ended up running the fastest laps with mostly the original stock settings. Faster than the video that I posted above. I have driven the 427 on track owned by a good buddy. I wish that I could have found something but no luck at all. I feel bad as I spent a lot of time testing everything under the sun for you. I think the best is all that has been said regarding driving this car on this track from all our good buddies.

No aids.
Sports:Hard
Height-Adjustable Suspension
Racing Brakes
Fully Dog-Clutch Transmission
Max Speed 155
Power Limiter 72.9

Don't be sad buddy. While driving with comfort medium tires, no driving aids and ABS 0. Just like IRL it is not relaxing at all pushing this little monster. Just hope GT7 let us transplant engine. That will be more fun .
