I see @dylan causer got post 420 ;) lol
I'll jump on this week sometime to check in with you guys at indy

Hopefully there hasn't been any updates that will require retuning?

Since the last update it appears an unpainted carbon fiber bonnet adds friction due to the air running over a rough surface. That's what the noobs tell me anyway so it must be true.

So todays lesson is - always wear a High Vis jacket at a train crossing.

What did you get? I've got a Benq XL2411T.. I'm getting a xl2430 over the Christmas period though :)

It's a EIZO Foris FG2421 23.5" 240Hz Widescreen Gaming LED Monitor - Black/Red. From http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-004-EO

Damn you! Now how am I suppose to tree you -_-!

don't worry worry it's not arrive yet :D, probably might arrive next Saturday. I ordered a saturday delivery but ordered it @ 1:20a.m in the morning haha.

I'm not knocking your monitor Wraith. It's a great sounding monitor.

I was just stating a fact. When you get into monitors you have to give and take, unless you can fork out 800+ . VA has a better contrast for colors but in turn has a slower response time.

If I had the chance to pick, I'd pick one like yours, a TN is terrible with washing out colors, that would be no fun on games like CoD or battlefield.

No worries at all, I assure you i wasn't even thinking you were doing that. All i'm trying to do here is show specs to friends so they know what i'm getting and how good the monitor is for an MVA. If there was still a BenQ XL2410 available which is TN and said to be hte fastes lcd monitor for input lag ever tested by tftcentral i would have gone for that but theres not even a used one going on ebay. There is a dell which offers amazing performance too around the same price when put into a game mode which bypasses picture processing functions and switches them off. But it's contrast and brightness not the same. I'm showing this because it amazes me what an MVA can now do at 120Hz. It's the first true 120Hz MVA panel that actually produces the 5000:1 contrast ratios that it says on the tin. Never attempted before it's panel technology by Sharp. I was just putting it up their because its impressive and just so if other people have the money to check it out.

Anything beyond 60 Hz is useless, as the PS3 only supports 60Hz

Good runs x3SGTEx, sorry I wasn't back in time. See ya round mate.

Good runs Jez! 👍

No worries always next time. I'll get the van tuned for you next time lol.

I was in a nos lobby earlier... All I can say is yikes.. It's been a long time since I've been that fired up. It's a nightmare when the host has no clue how to resolve issues.

The two obvious nos guys were in the room last night. Had to prove to them I wasn't running nos the whole time. I don't even have nos on my button layout.

Hey smokey you got the Suzuki running yet? I am going to try and get on for a bit today. I haven't been on much since everyone in my house has been ill. Jez sorry I never got on to test out the Suzuki's bro.

Hey Jd, it's all good mate. Different timezones makes it pretty difficult to be online at the same time. I won't be online until about another 5-6 hours from now so if I see ya on, we'll boogie.
