I know many of you know about this but this is for people who dont. Im not sure if anyone made a post for this or not but here it is. In arcade mode go to the diffaculty hard and hold L1 and R1 and it should go from hard to professional and this is the only mode that the computer cars will actually go there top speed as in other modes the computer cars do not go there top speed. Hope this helps all you people that thought hard wasnt hard enough.
