Well, first of all, Im new for gtplanet and GT series. It has been only week since I got GT5 and G27. Its really nice to find the best forum for GT5. Hope I can catch up quickly .
I watched chilicoke's video and challenged myself to mod my g27 for e-brake. It was successful and works great. The only problem is where to mount it. I do not have or not plan to get cockpit due to cost and space. I currently have wheelstand pro. I am pretty sure many of GT5 players who own G25/G27 have their e-brake moded on to it. I will really appreciate if you guys can give me some tips where/how to mount it.
Secondly, I just want to share my idea how I moded my e brake. It is nothing that special, but after watching chilicoke's video, I realized that simply attaching lines to the O button is not good enough; if you just connect the other end to the brake, it will be really annoying to detach hand brake everytime. So I moded mine with 2 female/male headphone lines (one connected to g27 with female side out, other one connected to the switch of brake as same way). I can install brake by simply connecting 2 female jack with a male/male headphone jack. And I am really curious how you guys did it.
