ABT Audi TT-R Touring Car '02 Tune For Tokyo R246

Hi. I just started getting into tuning, so I'm kinda wet behind the ears. I just entered a championship league and I'm trying to learn and keep up with the fast ones.
Humbly asking for any help I can get tuning an "ABT Audi TT-R Touring Car '02" for the "Tokyo R246" track. We're running 590PP max and running on racing: hard tires. No electronics except ABS.
