My laptop doesn't have gameports (of course), so when I start transferring games over from my current computer, I won't be able to use my trusty Formula T2 with any of my racing games (which means I won't transfer over any of my racing games for the time being). I'm wondering whether I should even bother buying a USB adapter for it, or if I should just say screw it and buy a (marginally) more expensive second-hand DFP. Alternatively, are their any other wheels on the market in the price range (lets say $30-$70) that are decent?
