Ok, 2 questions:

1. Does it have radial blur?

2. Is it's motion blur realistic, like it doesn't look like it's smudged in one direction?

3. Can I use 1 CD to install the program on multiple computers? Or do I have to buy multiple CDs for multiple PCs?

Yes.

The motion blur is somewhat realistic...it's like a mixture between blur and smudge in one direction.

And, Yes (I think), provided you have the key. My Elements came with tablet, so it's not exactly "sponsored" (or whatever) by adobe itself. The same goes with painter essentials...it's totally not backed up by Corel, which is why it blows, but Elements gets the job done just fine, imo.

Your licence is for a single installation. If you require multiple installations you will need multiple licenses.
