JATO packs? Why not a gas turbine drag axle? Those were damn cool.

And 3-speed Hydramatics. It sucks having to manually lean out the gear ratios for drag cars on a fully-customizable suspension. You only ever need three.

I LOL'd at Duct tape. We should have zip-ties, too.

And seriously... how many kinds of gas do you need? The differences in gas are mostly marketing hype. All you need is 93 Octane, 95 Octane and racing gas.

And ooh! ooh! Hoosiers! You forgot Hoosiers!

Does anyone know the manual transmission brand whose slogan is "beat 'em with a stick"? That company should be included, because that's quite possibly the greatest advertising slogan ever.

Oh, despite my joking? I' serious about the Hoosiers. They go under tires, and most all professional drag racers use them.

If a car does'nt come with a sunroof, I want one,If it does'nt come in a certain color , I want it, and Rims Rims Rims!!!! I think there should be a shop in GTHD that sells nothing but Chrome rims!! Also what if you could enter your state and they gave you the actual license plate for that state(wait...thats not an after market ad on). Ok.......vanity plates, what if your user name was on the license plate!!

I've got more comming

Garrett for turbochargers.

P.S. Why seats? I don't think the game is going to be so in-depth you'd notice any difference. ;)

Seats, because probably by the time GT5 will be released, some company would develop a hydro-pressure operated cockpit - buy an in-game Sparco seat, and the real seat would change the form to the newly-bought one. Same with the steering-wheels

Transmission:

Engine/Intake/Exhaust, etc:

Borg-Warner [USA]

Not sure how some of those were left off the list...

well body kits would be kinda suck. unless they only put good looking not outrageous body kits id be okay with it. but if the put stupid crap like nfsu every frikin ricer would be on gt5 in a second. and im hearing it may be online to. (tell me if im right?) so i dont want to be racing with jackasses and wiggers that are gunna talk 🤬 because they have a civic with a body kit and i waste it with an db9 or camaro. and drag racing would be fun but it kinda defeats the whole purpose of the game. and we all know america would kick 🤬 in that department anyway. lol.

racing modification.

^^
What's wrong with modifying cars for improving racing performance?
Nothing but the way GT4 has the Tuner cars set up is fine, just add more companies. We don't need to know that HKS made the turbo on our Supra, what difference does that information make? None.

I would however like to see the wheels with real names instead of numbers.

Wheel names would be nice, but the whole branding thing? I don't want it to turn like the performance-part shopping in NFSU2... It was like a puzzle. That part or this part, no difference! So either PD would add this as crap without any performance differences, or the companys would have to pay them so the products do more. Useless, if you ask me. I liked those nameless kits in GT4. Simply "a Stage x Turbo" was fine with me. I don't want an "HKS Turbo with fully X and enlarged Y, plus the option to adjust the Z force of part M".

Tuner cars was fine with me, as included in GT4. More companies would be nice, and perhaps the options to tune cars that aren't Japanese - a company for american muscle, one with specialization in Italian speeders, or, say, Peugeot-Citroen (Ecosse?). I just don't want branding to cause an issue of performance-differences (as in: My Greddy turbo adds more boost than your HKS) - I want the simple Stage X.
