Not to be mean but i dont think it does, the list isnt very well organized. I thought about making this like a year ago and the fact that this will NEVER happen is what made me scrap the idea. Way to much money and Licensing for polyphony/Sony to even think about.

This is more general, but there are a few things I'd like to see in more detail, in terms of parts.

Instead of "NA TUNE STAGE _", you should be able to buy cams, pistons, rods, etc, seperately and from different manufacturers, with different types of tuning.

Additionally, I'd really like to see more advanced engine management, with boost control, Air/Fuel management, and so on.

Suspension tuning could use a few improvements, as well, such as adding three-way dampening. (High speed/ low speed compression adjustments)
