About Mine's R34

TVR&Ferrari_Fan. I expected the 2nd one could be the most disliked because its peculiar photography style, but at the same time it'd be loved by other people :D. Thanks for commenting

[empty space]. The problem when texturing is that dots doesn't look in the same way depending on overal pic size. I'm agree they are probably excessive big, I'll be trying more next time. Thanks Empty.

philly cheese. The 3rd one has an original GT4 blur as you said. I think that car is agressive in front and rear view but well, repeating this everytime could be very boring hehe. Thanks

franz. The "useless" area of the botton makes the difference haha. Thanks!

garnettrules21 Thanks also!

jgda9rs. Thank you again

GT Pro. Yes, I really bet for it :D. Notice I've lighten the headlights to give even more menacing Mine's look.

Ultrashot. Editting teh tone and levels in a soft way was very important in this batch. The shadows over the white car can disappear very easly :D

NTX1982. Hehe, last one was made to paste a backfire with PS. It's very difficult to do a good shot in a inverse way for me, because in this case you'll be hard conditioned by the situation. Thanks for your words.

Cod_Father. Thanks! Anyway it is not good the fact you weren't surprised. I've to change this :D

FaLLeNAn9eL. I think Tsukuba has a very interesting lighting, wich performs really well with that kind of white cars. All surfaces are on stock, not cleaned. Thanks for your feelings and the center tag for sig 👍

freddy86. Thanks!

azevedojose. I had to change some things to make the presentation a little different. The wide image has a very small car, so rather zooming it a lot in Photoshop, I made that. Btw they are becoming very complex, lot of things arround the cars... so next style will be minimalist for sure :)

LGforce. Agreed, thanks 👍

.*StReeTz*.. Thanks for your visit.

Arathorn. That's great. Thanks btw for posting the url in foroplay! (Quick forgoten at the same time, like a clinex :lol:)

About the C I N E Vertigo

TVR&Ferrari_Fan. Wow, you're saying stunning, that's new haha. Thanks a lot. I also love the way the rim nut came out. The bright dots always gives a net metallic look. Btw, do you zoom the pictures to find jagged edges? You're in truth, some could be more defined, but I thouhgt vectorizing the door was vector work enought for now hehe.

NTX1982. You used the perfect adjective: just a visual update. I made a lot of photos with the car flying at 300kmh crazy blurred so I decided to stop the time and photography the moment. The interest of this update is the beautiful rim itself, and that's the reason I didn't applied any blur.

The cleaning was very hard but well, I like the results. I didn't thouhgt a lot about if the car is moving or not, to be honest. The textured smoke creates a less simple image, much more spectacular. You can interpretate it like the while just after burning rubber, wrong sliding, very high shutter speed... I preffer just enjoy the caught moment and the automotive feeling hehe 👍 Thanks for all Nuno!!

[empty space]. I added more "volume" to the side, and more dynamism to the overal lighting. The shadowed areas has a 100% saturation, and you know when burning the yellow losses intensity. I think this is quite complex, so I did my best as posible. The only blur it has, is focal one :) Proposals to be improved will be really appreciated Empty, I'm always open to learn with your feelings!

LGforce. Yep, a visual update as NTX said hehe. The shot itself is not very complex 👍 Thanks!

franz. Yes, I followed your advice (Some time ago) using a phototravel rim. Btw I forgot the rim shadow over the brake disc! :ouch: This detail, wich I so love in my drawed car, gives a very interesting metallic feeling and a better comprehension.

The door line... OWNED! I just cleaned the surfaces and I thouhgt it was as I did haha. My fault really. The tiger... the same. I really didn't paid attention to the tiger. In fact I replaced the new ING logos on the rear spoiler and fender, so I could have put the animal anyway.

I hope to see the glare method in yours soon. Thanks a lot for your analysis.

jgda9rs. Thanks!

GT Pro. I used this logo: http://www.cinetelerevue.be/img/head.gif

Yes, I was really affraid . But maintaining the original logo will ruin the shot, and that's more scary. I was so stupid to firstly rotate the logo and then warp it in free transform tool, but finally it fits best I expected.

The glare effect. I had to search this word in my diccionary :lol:. I guess it's the lighting editting and shiny look of bright surfaces :)

TVR&Ferrari_Fan. I pasted a whole photomode rim :embarrassed:

Ultrashot. Thanks Bram!

nickysereia. Thanks

FaLLeNAn9eL. That's the key! Thanks

azevedojose. Don't worry, I think the same when I visit the other user galleries

Tommi2000. Thanks!

LOL I was suspecting you taking my advice 👍
GT4's texture is really low resolution
so getting some original logos is a must for clean up a race car
for those who want to download high res logos
check this site out http://brandsoftheworld.com
they are all eps files which are scalable for your pleasure

Not at all Cod_Father! Thanks freddy86 for your comment!

I've made a guide (Spanish and English version below, both in printable format) for setting the Driving Force Pro and Live for Speed S2, wich you can permanently find in my website linked in my sig: autoD&M.

In last minute I decided to update my gallery with a little different and pretty old stuff. You're adviced to don't see these images if you don't like to be fatal injuried by wild pixels haha. In fact these images was as an experiment, with the antialising graphic card option disabled and low efforts to clean and rework the car lines. Anyway I think they are quite spectacular and show how I enjoyied and I'm still enjoying the physics (With permision of overall supreme GT quality)

Feel free to comment, like or hate all work linked in this post

All shots are awesome with great variations in style
but the problems are the jaggies and resolution
it could be better if you can turn on AA to the max
check out Don's photo [here]
they are pretty good, but the blur job sucks

looks good, alex, i downloaded the lfs demo last week and when i plugged my wheel in i had no force feedback. so i pluged in to my ps2 and dont have any FF with gt4. *sigh*

I'm not a great fan of pictures of other games posted in the GT4 section but they look very good although some looked jagged, had problems with resizing?

interesting. i like the action it brings, and what is that car? the last photo somehow is clean compared to the rest of them. the second to last one looks like an amateur photo from a live race.

Those are some very nice shots man! I love the one where there's no car in the image. Just a lonely racetrack Waiting for Speed!!

franz. What a coincidence! I discovered his interesting "Low motion" videos some time ago, but I didn't know the phographic stuff. Thanks Franz!

philly cheese. Thanks!

[empty space]. That sounds weird :(. Thanks for visitting!

lmracer. Nope, but it could be nice :)

Cod_Father. Thank you Tony!

Arathorn. I don't know what's exactly Deja Vu . A film...

Ultrashot. Me too, but as I often only post in one forum... The problem was I should activate the AntiAlias in the graphic card options for LFS, and I usually don't use it when playing the game. Thanks for your comment.

jgda9rs. Cars aren't real (Except 3 in game). These are inspirated in an old Swift and RX7 I think. Last one was taken with the AntiAliasing activated :)

freddy86. Thanks for visiting

Nice pics:tup: but i also don't really like other games being posted on a GT4 forum.

Thanks Tommi. Here it goes, a new update featuring the Taniguchi D1GP S15. Was hard to fit the real smoke in photos wich are not very realistic. Some of them seemed very promising in TV screen, but then was hard to go back to that "realism" in a PC screen. I editted the tone, curves, gamma, exposure, offset, tone mapping, various effects... I think it could be better, but I'm gald with the catched action and fun.

What I´ve missed!! The live for speed update looks quite good, some hot shots U have there Alex, well done.
Now about the "FUN Power" update. Holy sh**!! Looks so much real. The smoke is doing the right job, the colors are amazing...and the blur is fantastic. I also enjoyed the "tarmac" shot, quite artistic IMO, a very original shot.
WOW...WOW...King Alex is always doing hot stuff, keep up:)

 I'm annoyed, lots of action!! But you said it, the real smoke looks a bit pasted on first, but credible in the others. Very good work, maybe there has not just been obvious the hard work that you have done 👍

very nice again alex! i remember seeing a preview of one of the pics on msn, and this one's a far cry from the preview. i love the smoke from behind the car. totally depicts the drifting action. and the tarmac pic makes me jealous!
well done again my gtp god!

WOW!!! I love the HKS shot. The shots are very clean and crisp (as always) but the colors are extremely vibrant! Very beautiful work man. Suaveeeee

Salu2.FaLLeNAn9eL

Brilliant catches the essence of that car very well. How did you get so much smoke? I can never get that much smoke and it would be really helpful for my next update. But brill pictures as always.

NTX1982. Thanks Nuno. Glad the smoke came out not very unrealistic. I also like the tarmac one, it's quite subliminal hehe.

Arathorn. Thanks Ara. Cool e-brake in firts one :sly: haha.

Cod_Father. Thanks for your visit C_F!

jgda9rs. Haha, thanks a lot Adrian

franz. Just thanks again :D

.*StReeTz*.. Hehe, in that photo I wanted a frontal simetry. I think it works fine with the smoke. Thanks!

LGforce. I'll be waiting for it!

FaLLeNAn9eL. Thansk a lot. The tone editting was like a nightmare btw haha.

speedster502. I pasted it from a real shots. It's hard to merge both images and need some time to experiment hehe. Another technique is using the dodge tool + brush tool to add volume and smoke texture. Anyway last method is difficult enough and doesn't guarantee a correct result :)
