Alfa Romeo Scighera GT 1997

Only two Scighera concepts were built for Alfa Romeo by Italdesign: one road version, and one race version (there is already a thread for the road version). Both Scighera's are based on the 164 platform, and have all wheel drive systems inspired by the 155's. Its 400 horsepower comes from a twin-turbo 3 litre V6, which combined with its kerb weight of 1,450 kgs, gives it very respectable performance figures of 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds, and a max speed of 187 mph.

I personally do not care for the road version of the Scighera, but I do like this striking looking track day variant...
