here: i had to change the last image transition.....if u dont like it i could lose some quality and try to fit the fade transition back in.

Thanks it's good troy. But in case you didn't know, that was the Blinds transition. With only one blind, it looks like the Fade transition. It's a little trick of mine.

Here it is with only 56 colors... The best I could do without dropping out frames...

You could also try matching some of the colors so there's less need for multiple colors without dithering it too much.

Here Bimmer...I did my absolute best to get it to below the limit, and it's at 35.3kb now(I think that that is below the limit).

Did optimization, deleted some of the needless frames, adjusted speed on one part, that'll be $5 please.
